Welcome to Beachwood Villas!! This is a 1BR/1BA condo that sleeps 4! Great size balcony, Ground floor, which offers peaceful views of the courtyard of the complex. There are 2 pools on the property. We also provide 2 beach chairs and 2 beach towels for your stay!

The bright living area features coastal decor with custom built (twin) bunkbeds. The updated kitchen includes new cabinetry and granite countertops, and the dining area seats four with two additional bar stools at the counter. The bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a large closet. The adjacent full bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Beachwood Villas is an eight-acre complex in the heart of Seagrove Beach. There are two pools in the family-oriented community. Beachwood Villas is located on scenic Highway 30-A about one and-one-half miles from Seaside. This beautifully landscaped complex has a dedicated beach walk over with shopping and restaurants only minutes away by foot or bike. The 19 mile bike path runs right in front of this property!

There are many places to explore as this area on 30-A is bordered on each end by state parks with miles of uncrowded beaches and Point Washington State Park behind it, with hiking and/or biking trails. Panama City Beach is just 20 minutes away and features the new Pier Park shopping area. (Target, Dillard's, Penney's, Grand Theater.) Destin is about 25 minutes to the West with Silver Sands Factory Outlet. This is a great place to vacation and unwind. Explore 30A via Golf-cart or Bikes to see all what it has to offer or simply grab your towel and chairs, walk right across the street(30A) and head to the beach. There are so many things to do nearby – you may not know where to start! Whether venturing to the sugar white sands and sparkling blue water of the Gulf of Mexico, or taking a day to sight see, you will love enjoying everything this area has to offer!

As an added convenience to our guests, the condo is stocked with the following starter amenities:
