Welcome to Luau II at Sandestin
Experience the beauty of the Emerald Coast from this spacious oversized studio at Luau II within Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach. Located on the second floor and just a short walk from the Gulf's sugar-white sand, this comfortable retreat is a wonderful choice for couples or small families and sleeps up to four guests.

Your Stay
The studio offers a king-size bed and queen sleeper sofa, along with a full bathroom and a convenient kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a coffee maker, microwave, and mini refrigerator, providing everything you need for morning coffee, snacks, and simple meals. An iron and ironing board are also available. After a day in the sun, come back and relax in the comfortable living area while enjoying the TV. We've included two beach chairs and two beach towels so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying the beach!

Starter Supplies
We provide a starter supply of everyday essentials for your arrival:
-2 rolls of toilet paper
-1 roll of paper towels
-2 trash bags
-2 beach towels
-Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths
-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap
-Black makeup cloth
-Starter laundry detergent
-Dish soap and sponge
-Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the building.

Please note: Starter supplies are provided as a courtesy and may not be sufficient for the entire length of your stay. Additional supplies are the guest's responsibility.

Parking & Resort Policies
Guests may park in the covered parking garage. Sandestin is a gated resort with 24-hour staffed security.
For resort safety and community regulations, motorcycles, boats, trailers, oversized vehicles, buses, and rental golf carts are not permitted on the property.
