A quaint dining area boasts a table that seats 4 with 3 additional bar stools. There is a king in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third bedroom.

The best feature of this unit is the private balcony that overlooks the courtyard area of Beachwood! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the comfy patio furniture along with the Gulf breeze. Beachwood Villas is an eight-acre complex in the heart of Seagrove Beach. There are two pools in the family-oriented community. Beachwood Villas is located on scenic Highway 30-A about one and-one-half miles from Seaside. This beautifully landscaped complex has a dedicated beach walk over with shopping and restaurants only minutes away by foot or bike. The 19 mile bike path runs right in front of this property ! There are many places to explore as this area on 30-A is bordered on each end by state parks with miles of uncrowded beaches and Point Washington State Park behind it, with hiking and/or biking trails. Panama City Beach is just 20 minutes away and features the new Pier Park shopping area. ( Target, Dillard's, Penney's, Grand Theater.) Destin is about 25 minutes to the West with Silver Sands Factory Outlet. This is a great place to vacation and unwind.
