The home has a private pool (can be heated for $50.00/a day) and great outdoor area with a grill! We offer 4 backpack beach chairs and 4 beach towels. Not only is this home super close to a public beach access, but there are also plenty of restaurants within walking or biking distance as well, with Seaside being only a 6 minute bike ride away!!

There is enough parking for 3 vehicles. You can also rent a golf cart (counts as one of the three vehicles)! We provide great recommendations if you choose to rent one! There is a security camera on the exterior of the home! No pets allowed!

This home is managed by Diving Pelican Realty and Rentals. We require an additional rental agreement to be signed at booking to ensure age requirements are met. Thank you for understanding!
