Welcome to Island Time, a unique 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation retreat offering the perfect combination of space, comfort, privacy, and breathtaking Gulf views! This spacious getaway is actually a combination of two neighboring condos (6222 and 6224), giving your family plenty of room to spread out while also providing the option for additional privacy.

Located on the Gulf-side of SanDestin® in Miramar Beach, Florida, Island Time is situated on the 4th floor of Building One at the Luau complex. With resort amenities, beach access, and the convenience of the complimentary SanDestin® Tram, you'll have everything you need for a memorable beach vacation!

You can also visit Grand Boulevard on the bayside for shopping and dining, including popular retailers and restaurants.

🚗 PARKING & VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS
Parking is available in the resort parking garage. SanDestin® is a gated community with security officers stationed at the entrance.
The property does not allow:
Motorcycles
Rental golf carts
Boats
Trailers
Oversized vehicles or buses

You don't have to rent both!
Condo 6222 and Condo 6224 may be booked separately when available. If you're interested in renting just one of the units, please send us a message and we'll be happy to provide a quote.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This property is not pet-friendly/animal-friendly.
We require an additional rental agreement to be signed at booking. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
Island Time is professionally managed by Diving Pelican Realty & Rentals.
